Grand Cairo Day Trip

Overview

Enjoy an unforgettable shared tour from the North Coast to Cairo accompanied by a Portuguese-speaking guide. The experience begins with pick-up from your resort, followed by a comfortable drive towards Cairo city. During the journey, there will be a 20-minute stop halfway for a restroom and coffee break before continuing the trip.

Upon arrival in Cairo, you will visit the famous Giza Plateau. Your guide will provide detailed explanations about the history and significance of the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. You will also have a short stop at a souvenir shop where you can buy a small memento to remember this unique visit.

Afterwards, you will enjoy an included lunch at a local restaurant. Drinks during lunch are not included. The tour then continues to one of the newest and most iconic landmarks of the century, the Grand Egyptian Museum, where you can admire extraordinary treasures of ancient Egypt, including the golden collection of the famous young pharaoh Tutankhamun and the remarkable Solar Boats of King Khufu, the builder of the Great Pyramid.

At the end of the tour, you will drive back towards the North Coast and be dropped off at your resort. On the return journey, there will be another 20-minute stop midway for rest before continuing the trip back.
